Informations on U-shaped posts

We offer two models of U-shaped posts :

  • Model 1: for smaller signs, this post comes in one piece and is more affordable.
  • Modèle 2 : Model 2: for heavier signs, this post comes in two pieces and is more resistant to wind for larger signs.

Installation guide

Follow the steps below to install your post.

Model 1 installation Model 2 installation

Model 1 installation

If you are installing the model 1, which ships in a single piece, follow these steps:

  1. Using a mallet, drive the post about two (2) feet (about 60 cm) into the ground.
  2. Install you sign by using the provided bolts, nuts and washers.
  3. Your sign is now installed!

Model 2 installation

If you are installing the model 1, which ships in a two pieces, follow these steps:

  1. Using a mallet, plant the anchor post, which has an arrowhead, into the ground. Keep its holes above ground level.
  2. Attach the second post using the hole closest to the ground and the highest possible hole on the anchor post, using the bolts, nuts and washers supplied.
  3. Install your sign at the height of your choice, using the bolts, nuts and washers supplied.
  4. Your sign is now installed!
